Aadyam Spotlight reserves the right to terminate the Aadyam Spotlight membership when Aadyam Theatre has reason to believe that the participant has breached any of the Terms and Conditions contained here. 

By becoming a member, availing benefits, offers and utilising Aadyam Spotlight services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These T&Cs may be revised at any time without notice. You should check this page from time to time to ensure you are happy with any changes. 

The Aadyam Spotlight Team may contact you on email and / or SMS and / or call you regarding the program. By accepting these T&Cs, you are authorizing us to contact you. Your consent indemnifies us from any liability arising out of the regulations like the Telecom Do Not Disturb registry, you may not be able to receive any promotional communication that we send. 

Some features on this Website require the use of a password. You are responsible for protecting your password. Merely participating in the Aadyam Spotlight Program shall not entitle you, (“Participant”) for any benefits and rewards under the Spotlight program which are at all times be subject to the Terms and Conditions. 

The Aadyam Spotlight engagement program (the “Program”) membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Aadyam Spotlight managed by Hyperlink Brand Solutions. By becoming a member of Aadyam Spotlight and receiving and redeeming benefits of Aadyam Spotlight Rewards program, each Aadyam Spotlight Rewards Member agrees that he/she has:

General Terms & condition

1. Aadyam Spotlight has the right to add, change, limit, modify or cancel Program Rules, regulations, processes, benefits, and Program affiliates at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of certain rewards.
2. We endeavour to keep the information on our website current, including the links from these Terms and Conditions, but we are not responsible for any information that has not been updated.
3. Membership, and the earning and redeeming of Spotlight Rewards are subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. Membership, Membership benefits, and awards are offered in good faith, however they may not be available or are subject to change if prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulation.

Joining Aadyam Spotlight Engagement Program

a. Membership in the Program is available to individuals (“you”) as stated in these Program Terms and Conditions.

b. There is no enrolment fee for this Program. It’s FREE OF COST for each Theatre lover.

c. Members cannot maintain membership in or earn rewards on multiple accounts. Only one account per person.

d. You will be enrolled in the Program and become a Member from the instant we receive your completed details.

Other Principles

a. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the page and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise. AADYAM Spotlight is under no obligation to notify members of changes except by the posting on such site.

b. All Program communications will be sent to you at the mailing address and/or e-mail address which you provided on your registration form.
